San Antonio Business Journal’s Best Places To Work 2015 ceremony was held this year at the Embassy Suites, in downtown San Antonio. This year’s winners of 58 companies was divided into small, medium, large and very large categories. Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® was proud to win a #8 spot for 2015’s Best Places to Work in the medium-size company category. The employee ranked survey was provided by Quantum Workplace who also supplies this information for America’s Best Places To Work. They partner with San Antonio Business Journal to deliver the results and determine rankings.

Some would say it’s the camaraderie working with a such a wonderful group of women and men, who despite being spread over 8 offices, have formed a bond equal to family. Others might say it’s the fun events that take place throughout the year. These various events not only benefit the staff but also promote community involvement and contribute to bettering the lives of families in the San Antonio area, such as Any Baby Can’s Fiesta Walk for Autism. Each year we break bread as a work-family over a giant Thanksgiving feast, complete with homemade turkeys fried by a group of talented gentleman on our team. October for Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® means not only treats, but the Annual Chili Cook-Off benefiting our Bear Hunt stuffed toy drive. Themed-teams from every office gather with their best chili recipes and decorated booths at our North Central location where employees enjoy good food, live music, door prizes and a silent auction.
