Darlene Slough, who has over 40 years combined experience in business, sales, mortgage lending, residential building and real estate, was awarded the certification of GRI.

  • Business Skills: Prospecting, buyer and seller services, creating your niche market, negotiations, creating and implementing your brand
  • Systems and Tools: Record retention, form platforms, and applications, website portals, marketing tools, hardware and software to streamline your business
  • Avoiding Setbacks, Fines, and Lawsuits: Professional standards, contract to close, risk management, agency relationships, and advertising

Corleen Schneider was awarded the certification of GRI.

People are Corleen’s business and helping people reach their realty goals are her passion. Born and raised in Canada, her background is in nursing having been a registered nurse for over 20 years. Corleen owned a home health agency for 12 years and it honed her skills in management, multitasking, communication and learning the importance of following through. A strong advocate for her clients’ needs, Corleen is forging her knowledge in real estate by earning such an important designation.

Svetlana was raised and educated in Russia. She has a background in fashion and has worked as a freelance entrepreneur. Her love for interior and exterior home design created a natural transition when she moved into real estate industry. When she is not working, Svetlana enjoys time with her husband and three young sons.

Courtney Silver Earns Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist Designation

San Antonio, TX, December 15, 2017 — Courtney Silver, REALTOR®, GRI, SRE, CNE, of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® has earned the Coldwell Banker Global LuxurySM Property Specialist designation, according to Leesa Harper Rispoli, President of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®. To date, only ten percent of the more than 88,000 Sales Agents affiliated with the Coldwell Banker® brand have been awarded this designation.

 

“In addition to performance-based criteria on successfully selling luxury properties, Silver had to complete a prescribed certification course to earn the Luxury Property Specialist designation,” said Leesa Harper Rispoli. “The course covers topics such as how to develop detailed market analysis for sellers of luxury homes and how to make use of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury resources to implement specialized marketing plans that will expose her fine properties to affluent buyers on a worldwide basis.”

 

Launched in early 2017, the Coldwell Banker Global LuxurySM program legacy traces its roots to Coldwell Banker Previews International® and the Previews® program, a leader in luxury real estate since 1933. The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program is a comprehensive marketing curriculum designed specifically for marketing luxury residential properties to affluent buyers worldwide. Through the success of this initiative, Coldwell Banker affiliated agents and teams are recognized as global leaders in luxury real estate.

 

The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury certification course creates a standardized education model to help the newest generation of luxury agents meet and exceed the expectations of high-net-worth clients. The course provides learning, networking, marketing strategies and mentorship, pairing the experience and first-hand knowledge of successful luxury agents with industry-leading resources. According to Craig Hogan, Vice President of Luxury for Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC., “The objective of the program is to produce exceptional real estate professionals who represent exceptional properties.”

 

In order to participate in the course, participating agents must meet strict production guidelines — “Some of the most rigorous standards in the industry today.” said Hogan. Certification renewal is also required every 24 months, to ensure Luxury Property Specialists are up to date on new technologies and additional programs, as well as current best practices.

Beckie Whittier & Julie Gezella Honored at FRAR Award Banquet

Tuesday, December 5th — the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® (FRAR) held the 2018 Installation of Officers and Directors & 2017 Awards Banquet with proceeds benefiting the Comal Habitat for Humanity. In attendance were notable figures in the local real estate industry including, Scott Caballero, TAR’s Public Policy Chairman for 2017, RVP for Region 13, and a past SABOR Chairman, Candy Cargill, Region 7 RVP, Debbie Vallone-Homeier, TREPAC Trustee for Region 7, Justin Landon, Vice President of Government Affairs San Antonio Board of REALTORS® and Casey Lee, TAR Central Texas Field Representative.

Members of FRAR had the opportunity to nominate members from each of the five counties. Outgoing 2017 President, Monica Malorgio McNabb, presented the following awards to Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® Beckie Whittier and Julie Gezella.

The Four Rivers Association Members voted a REALTOR® they felt demonstrated leadership, community service and all around good professional conduct to their industry. It was completely unexpected.
