Cindy Pundt, Your Hometown REALTOR®

Among our team of over 425 licensed REALTORS® is a lady by the name of Cindy Pundt. Born and raised in the Texas Hill Country, Cindy has lived in Texas her whole life. Her interest in real estate blossomed when she purchased her first home. Over the years she has honed her skills and expanded knowledge of the Texas real estate industry.

Recently, Cindy received a glowing recommendation from a client:

“During a period of less than one year, Cindy Pundt listed my two homes at { removed for privacy } in Converse, TX.  My wife and I were pleased that both were sold in less than 2 weeks – one in 2016 and the other in 2017.  Cindy Pundt was more than instrumental in getting each home ready to be put on the market and kept the exterior in compliance with HOA rules.  I believe that her efforts were well beyond any assistance that I received in buying and selling several homes during the last 40 years.  I want to recognize her excellent customer service and superb interpersonal skills.

The first home was sold during my retirement from the U.S. military.  It had been rented for two years and need exterior and interior repairs and general maintenance.  What made her efforts more extraordinary is that she coordinated services with me while I resettled in Montana.

We waited to sell the second home after another renter left.  Unfortunately, that renter left the home in terrible shape and we were not aware of the extent of other issues as we were in Montana.  All the carpet needed to be removed and it had been replaced only 2 years before.  A more serious concern was that the renter had not disclosed the extent of water damage from leaking PEX water lines.  Ms. Pundt recommended that the developer be contacted since she knew that other homeowners’ in the area had their water lines completely replaced by the developer.  I contacted DR Horton and they agreed to replace the water lines and provide a warranty.  The Ms. Pundt obtained three quotes each for completely repainting the interior and another for the carpet.  At the same time, the roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage during April 2016.

Ms. Pundt was wonderful throughout both prelisting and listing efforts on each home.  We thank her for all her assistance and reassurance about being able to sell the two properties.  We would highly recommend her to other clients.”
