Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® 6th Annual Chili Cook-Off
San Antonio, TX, October 26th 2018 — The rain took a break for Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®’ 6th Annual Chili Cook-Off. A total of 13 teams comprised of CBHarper offices and local real estate companies banded together to cook up their best chili in a competition for “Showmanship”, “Best Overall Chili”, and “People’s Choice”.
All of the funds and stuffed animals collected during the Chili Cook-Off go directly to our ‘Bear Hunt’ efforts. When a child is in the hospital, protective care, or other scary situation it can help to have a friend, such as a stuffed teddy bear. Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® collects stuffed animals through the first week of December. Then they are distributed in time for the holidays to local hospitals, police departments, and other organizations like Ronald McDonald House. The CBHarper Chili Cook-Off is the official kick-off of this annual Bear Hunt. A total of 380 bears were collected to help kick off this years’ Bear Hunt. To-date a total of 145,000 bears and stuffed animals have been collected.
