Linda Stilwell, Ambassador for Kerrville Area COC
Recently Linda Stilwell of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® Kerrville Sales Office was highlighted in The Kerrville Daily Times.
Linda specializes in working with seniors and retirees to buy and sell beautiful low maintenance properties in all price ranges. Senior citizens often times have special needs to enable them to live a full and happy lifestyle. Linda is committed to helping them achieve independent living. As an area REALTOR, Linda is continually with newcomers as well and happy to introduce them to the Kerrville community.
Additionally, Linda works with a large amount of Veterans and is well versed in lending and other benefits specifically tailored to their needs. As a military spouse, Linda has a special place in her heart for those who have served. Now she says, it is time for her to serve them with a grateful heart full of kindness.
Whether a retiree, Veteran or a newcomer to the Kerrville community, Linda takes time to provide mini-tours of the town to demonstrate noteworthy features in the area. She understands being new to join the Kerrville area. When she joined the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce Linda was not familiar with the area. That did not stop Linda from taking advantage of the many member benefits including ribbons cuttings, mixers and the Kerrville Expo. As a chamber ambassador, Linda has had the opportunity to be in the loop regarding civic events in the planning phase. She also has the opportunity to attend all the ribbon cuttings and see what new businesses are opening up. This allows for the chance to show those businesses to clients with relatable interests while on home tours.
“I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know and adopt Kerrville and (its) many residents as my home through volunteer work.” — Linda Stilwell
