CBHarper To Host Company-Wide Open Houses – Paint The Town Blue

Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® is set to host its first company-wide open house event, Paint the Town Blue, on Sunday, July 8th, 2018. An open house allows prospective home buyers to explore a home without needing to make an appointment. A large number of CBHarper listings will be holding open houses on July 8th, allowing a potential buyer to see multiple homes in one day.

The sales agents at Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® are committed to upholding the interests of their clients and helping their home buying and selling experience be the best one possible. According to the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, sales in April in the San Antonio area shot up 17% year-over-year. All areas contained within the MLS sold 2,848 homes with 98% selling for list price.* With low inventories and rising costs in the average home, about a 2-3% increase, an opportunity to view homes is a great chance for those looking to buy to potentially make a decision on a home quickly. In Texas, a total of 28,010 homes were sold in April, an 8.4 percent increase from last year. The average price of a home sold in the state rose 4.4 percent to $286,500 while the median increased 3.6 percent to $233,000.*

To make it even easier, loan officers from our partner at Legacy Mutual Mortage are available to help pre-approve interested buyers. Contact Legacy by visiting their website here and click “apply for a loan” or visit their Texas locations here, to work with a loan officer near you. Tom Romanello, Vice President/Senior Loan Officer at Legacy Mutual Mortgage, says, “Working with a top local lending partner in the market is important in helping make the best decision possible when buying a home. In this tight market, it is imperative to work with a trusted local mortgage company that has a demonstrated ethical reputation in giving back to the community.”

“This year we are seeing amazing, positive dynamics in the local residential real estate market,” says Leesa Harper Rispoli, President, Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®. “These dynamics include the fact that San Antonio affords a lower cost of living and strong job market compared to other places in the country. Given the resources available in our beautiful city, this means we are happy to welcome those looking to relocate.”
