REALTOR® Rally 2016 – It’s A Wrap!

November 11th — Wow. Awesomeness. We have a true love of what we do here at Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® and the passion to share it with one another; but more importantly with everyone who has a place to call home.

REALTOR® Rally is a culmination of strategic planning and the desire to create an immersive learning experience. Classes taught by our valued partners, Sales Agents and Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC., guests were the hub of what made this event such a success. A framework of vendors brought their “A” game to share services, tools and ideas to equip attendees with a kickstart of business for 2017.

It is really tough to formulate into words what an experience this was for all of us. Rather than describe each class, amount of attendees and the usual stats, we wanted to share the photos. Our team of photographers were on hand to capture as many moments as we could. BUT, some of these photos were taken by our agents, employees and guests who shared their experiences on social media.

Thank you to everyone who attended. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive and we’re already planning for next level awesomeness experience.

Integrity 1st Happy Client Party 2016

June 2016 — Andy Smith of Integrity 1st Group hosted the 2nd Annual Client Appreciation Party. Last year as a thank you to his first 100 clients, Andy hosted a party to show his gratitude. This year, now as the team Integrity 1st Group, Andy held the party at his home sweet home in Boerne, TX. Now at over 150 closings they wanted to continue the festivities.

The Good Helper catered an assortment of foods including Thai Chicken, Greek Sliders, Grilled Smoked Sausage, Tabouli, Hummus, Penne Pasta Salad, Pesto Potato Salad and more! Wow, doesn’t that sound good y’all?

Always welcome in the Texas summer were drinks, a bouncy house and plenty of places to sit and relax. Always a hit was the petting zoo, no need to hire anyone, “Casa de Smith” is home to chickens and playful goats happy to oblige. If that weren’t enough our local music star, Clifton Jansky and a less well know singer Andy Smith himself, sang a completely unique rendition of Good Hearted Woman (and her home sellin’ man).

Christian Job Corps 9th Annual Golf Tournament

DSC_7643 copyApril 2016 — The Christian Job Corps of Kendall County equips adults for life and vocation. Their dedicated volunteer instructors teach life skills for the work place along with computer skills that prepare people for jobs. Through generous donations and enthusiastic volunteers they improve lives by teaching men and women to “fish” for themselves. The motto of this organization comes from the adage “Give a man a fish, feed him for a day… Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime”.

This year marks the 9th Annual Golf Tournament and as a Title Sponsor, Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® and Integrity 1st Group are proud to support this wonderful cause. Located at the La Cantera Golf Club there was a delicious lunch, plus awards and prizes. Clifton Jansky of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® North Central Office sang The National Anthem. Despite the rain crowds attended to play. Andy Smith of Integrity 1st Group said, “We weren’t expecting the response to be so great! We loved having other golfers out with us playing for the people who benefit from the outstanding services Kendall County Christian Job Corps.”

100 Happy Clients Party

Andy_IceCream hatJuly 18, 2015 — As a thank you, our Sales Associate Andy Smith hosted a party for the first 100 clients who closed on their homes since he began his real estate career. Invitees included service partners, referrals, other Sales Associates, colleagues, managers, plus past and current clients. On the menu Andy and his wife Jeannie served home-cooked brisket, sausage, beans, potato salad and lots of refreshments. Starting at 3am, nearly 15 pounds of Kielbasa and 5 dry-rubbed briskets were smoked, in preparation for this event.

Andy’s beautiful abode in Boerne, TX is home to some very cute goats, rabbits and chickens, which he offered as part of the petting zoo – just one of the activities for children. A bouncy castle, ice cream cart, garden area and music rounded out the festivities for the crowd who came to celebrate this milestone. The goats seem to have enjoyed having extra friends over – those are some friendly little guys/gals Andy! What an amazing time and great opportunity to thank all the clients and friends made along the way.

On July 14th, the date of the 100th closing, Andy posted this beautiful message:

This closing marks my 100th closing since beginning in real estate 41 months ago today. That equates to about 2.5 homes per month and nearly 30 transactions per year. Compared to the average agent in North America (6-8 transactions per year), I’ve done pretty well!

God has truly blessed my business. Thank you to all 100 clients who have trusted me with what is perhaps the largest investment of their lives. Thank you also to Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS, who has provided a huge foundation of training and support to my business! Thank you to my family and friends who have supported me through the initial years. And finally, thank you to my wife Jeannie for putting up with the long hours, phone calls at all hours, and your unmitigated support. You lift me up and you have made all the difference!

Now its time for me to get back to work…looking to help my next 100 clients!

A Conversation with Andy Smith
