Jeep Rackley Earns Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist Designation

To date, only ten percent of the more than 88,000 sales associates affiliated with the Coldwell Banker® brand have been awarded this designation. “In addition to performance-based criteria on successfully selling luxury properties, Rackley had to complete a prescribed certification course to earn the Luxury Property Specialist designation,” said Leesa Harper Rispoli.

Launched in early 2017, the Coldwell Banker Global LuxurySM program legacy traces its roots to Coldwell Banker Previews International® and the Previews® program, a leader in luxury real estate since 1933. The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury certification course creates a standardized education model to help the newest generation of luxury agents meet and exceed the expectations of high-net-worth clients. Born Gene Rackley, Jeep is a third generation Boerne native. Welcome Art Fernandez, Director of Real Estate Coaching

Art Fernandez was born and raised in San Antonio, TX where grew up alongside family members in real estate offices from the age of eight. At 16 years old he started working with his family friend and mentor Janice Doxtad. Little did Art know all the tools and methods Janice was instilling in him were the core fundamentals of successful real estate agents.

Licensed in 2000, Art began selling real estate that eventually earned him recognition for Multi-Million Dollar Production, 100% Club and numerous other awards for outstanding performance in sales. In 2007 Art expanded his expertise in coaching.  It was during this time Art trained and mentored Miguel Herrera, VP of Global Luxury. Since then Art has helped many offices with growth and development. During his career, he has trained over 1000 agents. Going forward he will work to develop and implement growth plans, accountability methods and tools for agents to sustain a successful career here at Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®.

Art is the proud father of three beautiful children: Annabella, Diego, and Felipe. His children are the center of his world and the main drive behind why he is so passionate and dedicated to his work. He loves the outdoors, all sports and competes in Olympic weightlifting. Art has been serving the real estate community for the last 20 years and looks forward to continuing to help others.

3rd Annual Boerne Food Drive

November 8th, 2017 — We did it again! Each year Debbie McNeal works tirelessly with the Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries to coordinate efforts for holiday giving. This was our 3rd Annual Food Drive. Together we collected 420 cans of sweet potatoes, 420 cans of green beans plus a duffel bag full of sweet treats that were all delivered to Hill Country Daily Bread. This will help provide Thanksgiving meals to over 400 families this year. Our goal was not only reached but far exceeded. So, with the additional money collected, we will be purchasing Hams for the family’s Christmas dinners.

“I wanted to thank my CBHarper family and friends who contributed.”, says Debbie McNeal “By giving back we have helped to make the holidays a little brighter for these families.”

Debbie has live in the San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country for over 50 years. She spent over 30 years in Management in the Finance & Credit Services Industry which included mortgage & auto loans, credit services, loan collections & foreclosures. That experience is very helpful in assisting her clients with their mortgage concerns and understanding the entire process.

Debbie loves being in the real estate industry and helping families realize their dreams. For multiple years Debbie has been named “Hero of the Year” and “Eagle of the Year”. These peer-voted awards are based on her overall performance, contribution to helping other agents and time spent giving back to the community.

Ultimately she tries to spend as much time as possible giving back. Debbie serves as the President of the Hill Country Optimist Club. To put things in perspective the distance from Corpus Christi to Beaumont Texas is 300 miles. That is how vast the devastation is. There are a large number of inland towns that have significant damage, we have not forgotten them.
