As a previous Director at a large retirement community in San Antonio and many years of real estate and marketing experience, I have a passion for helping and serving others with trustworthiness, integrity and top notch service. I am also a mother/advocate of a special needs child and have worked personally with many of the same entities including AACOG, DADS, Medicaid, Special Needs Trust, Guardianship, etc. I am honored to have the SRES® Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation, which affords me special knowledge in working with seniors and their families. Rachael Camp was awarded the certification of GRI.

The GRI designation is a powerful tool to attract and build new business. This certification increases skill levels across the entire landscape of real estate with in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. A minimum of 60 hours of coursework is required, and subjects covered generally include:

 

  • Market Knowledge: Neighborhoods and property amenities, considerations for housing types, developing CMAs and impact of MLS, financing options and home-buying programs, inspections and appraisals/valuations
  • Business Skills: Prospecting, buyer and seller services, creating your niche market, negotiations, creating and implementing your brand
  • Systems and Tools: Record retention, form platforms and applications, website portals, marketing tools, hardware and software to streamline your business
  • Avoiding Setbacks, Fines, and Lawsuits: Professional standards, contract to close, risk management, agency relationships, and advertising

My husband and I purchased our first home in New Braunfels six years ago. I know first hand that if the home purchasing process is not explained well to you it can be very overwhelming. Congratulations Ali Heft

The appointment of Alison “Ali” Heft as the Assistant Vice President Residential Sales NC/SO Office is marks wonderful cause for celebration.   Ali joined Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, Realtors in 2007 when she first started her real estate career.

As the daughter of an Air Force officer and the wife of a now retired Navy officer, Ali has lived in countries such as England, Turkey and the Philippines.  In the U.S., she has enjoyed living in California, Florida, Virginia, Washington D.C. and finally Texas!  She has loved the experiences of living around the world and the many friends she made along the way.

Ali graduated from Ankara American High School in Turkey.  She attended San Diego State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Minor in Business Management.  After working as a systems and programmer analyst for a San Diego based warranty company and later as a substitute teacher, Ali made the commitment to become a realtor based on her many personal experiences in homeownership.

Her positive attitude and willingness to help others is just one of the reasons we are glad to welcome her into this position. Please help us welcome Ali!

Congratulations Wade Phillips

Wade Phillips, a native Texan and all-around great guy, was recently promoted to the Vice President of Residential Sales for our North East Office.

Wade started his real estate career as a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS in August 2003 after being in ranching management for over 30 years.  After four years as a Sales Associate he became the assistant manager of our North Central office before it was merged to become the North Central/Stone Oak office.

During his tenure as assistant manager, Wade has worked hard to assist our agents in growing their careers through training and coaching.  He is also the head of the Farm and Ranch Division of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS and will continue to serve in that capacity.

Wade is a graduate of Texas Christian University and he holds several real estate designations including GRI, SFR and CNS – he is also a fluent Spanish speaker.
