REALTOR® Rally 2016 – It’s A Wrap!

November 11th — Wow. Awesomeness. We have a true love of what we do here at Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® and the passion to share it with one another; but more importantly with everyone who has a place to call home.

REALTOR® Rally is a culmination of strategic planning and the desire to create an immersive learning experience. Classes taught by our valued partners, Sales Agents and Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC., guests were the hub of what made this event such a success. A framework of vendors brought their “A” game to share services, tools and ideas to equip attendees with a kickstart of business for 2017.

It is really tough to formulate into words what an experience this was for all of us. Rather than describe each class, amount of attendees and the usual stats, we wanted to share the photos. Our team of photographers were on hand to capture as many moments as we could. BUT, some of these photos were taken by our agents, employees and guests who shared their experiences on social media.

Thank you to everyone who attended. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive and we’re already planning for next level awesomeness experience.

A very special announcement was made, one that immortalizes Herbert Harper, D’Ann’s late husband of almost 45 years. There is nothing more important in the CBHarper culture, than family. So to both honor and celebrate that family D’Ann and Leesa have put together a scholarship fund in Herbert Harper’s name available only to the employees, agents and their children. David is responsible for the brand’s media strategy and the engagement of consumers across all parts of the marketing process as well as connecting internationally. Team Building and CBHarper Family with Wade Phillips

Recently Wade Phillips and JoHelen Clark opened up their home to the CBHarper Family of the North East Office. It was a wonderful gathering for those who so often work tirelessly. It is this type of event that makes us all realize how lucky we are to be part of a company that values team building and each individual.

In an everyday environment where attention is focused on making clients happy, business sometimes forget about their most valued asset – sales agents and employees. Here is why we believe in more than just team building – connecting with one another as family, the CBHarper Family. It breaks down barriers, increases trust with each other and closes gaps that occur in a business setting. Additionally, outside an office setting team members can ignite creativity and discuss new ideas. These sparks are then taken back to the office where one is able to think outside of a normal routine. By opening communication and allowing a comfortable platform to express ideas, professionals are motivated to take on new challenges. She knew the neighborhood I was selling in and she understood my needs for the new home and didn’t waste my time showing me listings that weren’t right. A Conversation with Daniel Castillo

Daniel said his 2013 business year was an eye-opener for me, “I didn’t expect everything I got. I did lose a little focus because I was so overwhelmed. But for 2014, I am so excited about. We’re able to do a lot of things here at CBHarper.”

He said during the training program, “I was surprised. All of the information, the weeks that we spent on real life scenarios were impressive.” He then said during the mentorship was like a fast start program. It was “a good challenge for me to just jump right in and start getting listings, start getting buyers and start doing the real estate business.”
