November 8th, 2017 — We did it again! Each year Debbie McNeal works tirelessly with the Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries to coordinate efforts for holiday giving. This was our 3rd Annual Food Drive. Together we collected 420 cans of sweet potatoes, 420 cans of green beans plus a duffel bag full of sweet treats that were all delivered to Hill Country Daily Bread. This will help provide Thanksgiving meals to over 400 families this year. Our goal was not only reached but far exceeded. So, with the additional money collected, we will be purchasing Hams for the family’s Christmas dinners.
“I wanted to thank my CBHarper family and friends who contributed.”, says Debbie McNeal “By giving back we have helped to make the holidays a little brighter for these families.”
Thank you to all who participated, donated and shared in this effort, it wouldn’t be possible without you.
Debbie has live in the San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country for over 50 years. She spent over 30 years in Management in the Finance & Credit Services Industry which included mortgage & auto loans, credit services, loan collections & foreclosures. That experience is very helpful in assisting her clients with their mortgage concerns and understanding the entire process.
Debbie loves being in the real estate industry and helping families realize their dreams. For multiple years Debbie has been named “Hero of the Year” and “Eagle of the Year”. These peer-voted awards are based on her overall performance, contribution to helping other agents and time spent giving back to the community.
Ultimately she tries to spend as much time as possible giving back. Debbie serves as the President of the Hill Country Optimist Club. She gives of her time toward local charities by hosting an Annual Clothing Drive, Annual “Cover Their Tush & Toes” Sock & Underwear Drive, Annual “Easter Bunny Basket Brigade to collect items for assembling Easter baskets, an Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive as well as providing support to the Christian Women’s Job Corp by teaching or providing meals during their training sessions.

After years in the finance industry, Debbie moved on to sales and marketing in the Disaster Restoration business. Information gained during her time there cultivated skills in marketing properties so they will sell faster and bring the best possible price in the market.
Debbie loves being in real estate and helping people realize their dreams. Recently a letter was sent directly to D’Ann Harper, CEO, Broker / Owner, from a client who shared their experience:
I recently sold my house in SA after 39 years. It was tough emotionally for me but I had a real estate agent that was warm, caring and straightforward. She assured me to “look where you are going” not where you’ve been. Then she found the perfect house for me.
I just want you to know how grateful I will always be to your agent, Debbie McNeal. Debbie is friendly and professional. She is honest. I think she won me over with her work ethic, professionalism, and overall knowledge if the process. Anything I asked….. she had an answer or got me the answer.
Debbie bent over backwards to get both deals done. She kept me informed and she kept me calm. It is a huge change for me. I am so thankful I had Debbie who made it easy and fun! Please know she really is a great agent. She knows her stuff. I love my new house and I love Debbie McNeal.
Thanks for a great experience with one of your agents.
