Welcome, Ashley Devane to Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®!
As a native Texan and San Antonio resident for the past 11 years, Ashley DeVane is uniquely familiar with the northwest communities along the IH-10 corridor, making her a specialist for your home needs in San Antonio, Boerne, and the surrounding areas!
Ashley volunteers with various organizations including her neighborhood outreach committee and as a writer for The Dominion HOA Magazine as the monthly restaurant critic. Learning the game of golf has been her passion for the past four years and is a member of The Dominion Women’s Golf Association as well as The Dominion Women’s Forum. She will work to find you all the resources necessary to make buying or selling your home a smooth transaction from start to finish!
We are thrilled to have Ashley as part of our CBHarper Family. Cheers Ashley to a wonderful and successful future!
The Parade of Homes is organized by The Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA) and is a tour that provides an opportunity to get ideas for your own home, and to see what our area builders are building.
The homes are located in the prestigious Dominion community, a master-planned golf club community located in the North West San Antonio area. The neighborhood features two 24-hour and one 12-hour manned and gated security stations, which are further enhanced by professional guards conducting round-the-clock mobile patrols; a world-class 18-hole golf course designed by Bill Johnston; and, the club features a wide-variety of amenities for its members. Homes vary in size from garden homes to large estates.
Nearby supercenters of La Cantera and The Rim boast a full range of retail offerings and entertainment venues, and feature an abundance of restaurants.
Not only has Gina assisted her clients in the purchasing of one of the 2015 Parade of Homes in the Dominion, but has a consistent reputation on Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® Top Producers list year after year.
The clients were referred to Gina through one of her neighbors and based on the client’s luxurious taste and busy lifestyle, they knew exactly what they desired. Gina’s task was to find the exact home offering their requested amenities, stunning views, endless space for entertaining, a chef’s kitchen and of course, a pool. It was at the preview of the Parade of Homes that Gina matched the home at 24523 Cliff Line to her client’s singularly unique lifestyle. What a match it turned out to be!
The home Gina’s clients purchased, is detailed in the photographs below and stands at 4,428 sqft. on just one level. Boasting extensive brick and stone work, all-in suite bathrooms, chef’s kitchen with Thermador appliances and expansive spaces. Open design with seamless blend of living, dining and entertaining makes this home a great destination for their San Antonio dwelling. Expansive views shown through large glass windows overlook an outdoor paradise with infinity edge pool, and spacious patio. The perfect placement of the home allows home owners to take in endless picturesque views. The attention to detail throughout is evident. Truly a unique home!
Gina was kind enough to sit with us for a few minutes and give us some background in how she has built her real estate business in the last 4 years with Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®.
Q. What is most important to you when you first meet Buyer clients?
A. I take the time to first explain the process to Buyers, whether they are first time Buyers or buying a luxury home. Then it is their turn to tell me exactly what they are looking for and why that is important to them. I ask plenty of questions to make sure I’m on the right track.
Q. In this ever-changing market, how are you able to stay ahead?
A. The one thing I have learned in my 4 years is that the real estate market will always change. I do all I can to keep myself updated on market changes. My office is a great place to get the latest information pertaining to how to work and practice the most ethical real estate. My business is my clients and I always want to keep them at the forefront of my mind so that their transactions can go as smoothly as possible even during market changes.
Q. How do you stay in contact with your clients? Does it end after they buy or sell a home?
A. I stay in contact with my past clients through social media, phone calls and monthly mailings. Sometimes I will just send a text to let them know that I am thinking about them.
Q. What was your most memorable home selling/buying experience?
A. All of my sales are memorable because as a Military spouse that moved to Texas 5 years ago, not knowing anyone, I have become very successful. Therefore, I am thankful for everyone I have had the opportunity to assist. Now they are not only past clients they are my friends that I remain in contact with today.
