In Loving Memory: Michael Scudder

mscudder_304189On Monday November 28th our CBHarper Family was met with the deeply sad news of Michael Scudders sudden passing. Micheal joined our company over 20 years ago and has held a variety of positions including Vice President of Residential Sales for the New Braunfels and North West Sales Offices. A long time REALTOR®, he was also a member of FRAR and previously the New Braunfels / Canyon Lake Association of REALTORS®. In 2008, he was President of NBCLAR and in 2009 the chairman of the Central Texas MLS.

The Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® says in a Facebook post, “Michael played an integral part in the purchasing of the land our office is on and the building of our home. He was a true servant leader, always leading by example for the agents with his office at Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® and within our organization.”

Michael was often referred to as “our gentle giant”. Not only was he big in stature but he had a BIG heart!  He was a true professional and so very proud to be part of the Realtor organization.  He always gave a 100% of himself and was a very loyal employee.  Michael never met a stranger and was a friend to all. He was the first to volunteer for any special  project and truly loved each of his agents.  But the true love of his life was Miss Ruby.
