The immersive, four-day class teaches a focused approach designed to increase net income per hour. The system has documented the “vital few” activities that generate 80% of the results. “Ninjas don’t sell, they present solutions”, teaches Peter Parnegg, instructor of this on-location course.

Charlene Goree Earns Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist Designation

San Antonio, TX, January 2018Charlene Goree, REALTOR®, CLHMS, GRI, SFR, RSPS of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® has earned the Coldwell Banker Global LuxurySM Property Specialist designation, according to Leesa Harper Rispoli, President of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®. To date, only ten percent of the more than 88,000 sales associates affiliated with the Coldwell Banker® brand have been awarded this designation. “In addition to performance-based criteria on successfully selling luxury properties, Goree had to complete a prescribed certification course to earn the Luxury Property Specialist designation,” said Leesa Harper Rispoli.


Launched in early 2017, the Coldwell Banker Global LuxurySM program legacy traces its roots to Coldwell Banker Previews International® and the Previews® program, a leader in luxury real estate since 1933. The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury certification course creates a standardized education model to help the newest generation of luxury agents meet and exceed the expectations of high-net-worth clients. In order to participate in the course, participating agents must meet strict production guidelines — “Some of the most rigorous standards in the industry today.” says Craig Hogan, Vice President of Luxury at Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC. Certification renewal is also required every 24 months, to ensure Luxury Property Specialists are up to date on new technologies, programs, and best practices.


Goree has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® since 2012. Charlene was born in Houston, Texas but now lives and works in the New Braunfels Texas Area. Her service to the community earned her the ‘Unsung Hero’ award presented by the City of New Braunfels in 2015. She spends her time working with numerous charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity and St. Jude’s Ranch.

Welcome Art Fernandez, Director of Real Estate Coaching

Art Fernandez was born and raised in San Antonio, TX where grew up alongside family members in real estate offices from the age of eight. At 16 years old he started working with his family friend and mentor Janice Doxtad. Little did Art know all the tools and methods Janice was instilling in him were the core fundamentals of successful real estate agents.

Licensed in 2000, Art began selling real estate that eventually earned him recognition for Multi-Million Dollar Production, 100% Club and numerous other awards for outstanding performance in sales. In 2007 Art expanded his expertise in coaching.  It was during this time Art trained and mentored Miguel Herrera, VP of Global Luxury. Since then Art has helped many offices with growth and development. During his career, he has trained over 1000 agents. Going forward he will work to develop and implement growth plans, accountability methods and tools for agents to sustain a successful career here at Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®.

Art is the proud father of three beautiful children: Annabella, Diego, and Felipe. His children are the center of his world and the main drive behind why he is so passionate and dedicated to his work. He loves the outdoors, all sports and competes in Olympic weightlifting. Art has been serving the real estate community for the last 20 years and looks forward to continuing to help others.

Beckie Whittier & Julie Gezella Honored at FRAR Award Banquet

Tuesday, December 5th — the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® (FRAR) held the 2018 Installation of Officers and Directors & 2017 Awards Banquet with proceeds benefiting the Comal Habitat for Humanity. In attendance were notable figures in the local real estate industry including, Scott Caballero, TAR’s Public Policy Chairman for 2017, RVP for Region 13, and a past SABOR Chairman, Candy Cargill, Region 7 RVP, Debbie Vallone-Homeier, TREPAC Trustee for Region 7, Justin Landon, Vice President of Government Affairs San Antonio Board of REALTORS® and Casey Lee, TAR Central Texas Field Representative.

Members of FRAR had the opportunity to nominate members from each of the five counties. Outgoing 2017 President, Monica Malorgio McNabb, presented the following awards to Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® Beckie Whittier and Julie Gezella.

The Four Rivers Association Members voted a REALTOR® they felt demonstrated leadership, community service and all around good professional conduct to their industry. It was completely unexpected. Chelsea Roberts Named VP of Residential Sales for San Marcos Office

October 31, 2017 — We are excited to announce that Chelsea Roberts has been appointed Vice President of Sales for our San Marcos Sales Office.  Chelsea brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position and is a recent graduate of the Texas REALTOR® Leadership program.  Her designations include ABR, GRI, SRS, and TRLP.

Chelsea’s deeps roots in the San Marcos community make her a natural fit for this role.  As a third-generation REALTOR®, she is uniquely qualified to lead our growth efforts in this market.  She has served as TREPAC Committee Chair and on the Public Relations Committee for the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS, and is a member of the Leadership San Marcos Executive Board.

In 2015, Chelsea was named the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS “Rookie of the Year”.  That same year she was also named “Shining Star Under 40” with the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce.
