As I serve my clients as a REALTOR, I am guided by my individual values of integrity, professionalism, and passion for excellence. I honor the trust my clients place in me as I create, present and deliver the dream surrounding one of the most important decisions our buyers and sellers make. I truly have my clients best interests at heart.

I earned a BBA in Marketing/Management and have over 20 years of business, sales and marketing experience. My sales background has given me hands on experience of being a STRONG NEGOTIATOR! I worked for a luxury home real estate company in Austin, Texas for 4 years as their Marketing Director and then continued my career by starting my own event/wedding coordinating business. Over 10 years, I coordinated and hosted over 850 events/weddings, big and small. I organized every detail and ensured that I kept my clients STRESS-FREE throughout the entire process while offering top notch service. This service has carried through into my real estate career today. I was honored to be a Director at a large retirement community in San Antonio and I am excited to have received the SRES® – Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation. I have the experience and knowledge working with 55+ adults and enjoy assisting them in any real estate or downsizing need. I have worked personally with many of the same affiliations/organizations as seniors through my daughter who has special needs. I also have earned my ABR – Accredited Buyers Representative designation. I have the knowledge needed to help buyers with the utmost service and care possible.

I am Smart Home certified and can help you with today’s technology in homes. I’m a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Real Estate Commission and the National Association of Realtors. I was honored to receive several top awards in the wedding industry through The Knot and Wedding Wire. I stay very active in the community through my children’s affiliations with The Boy Scouts of America, Any Baby Can, Kinetic Kids and CAMP Camp as well as personal affiliations as the Heights at Las Lomas HOA President, a Daughter of the Republic of Texas and my sorority alumnae. My husband served in the military along with many other family members.

Well done Trudy another achievement on your continued growth of knowledge in the real estate industry! Thank you for sharing such wonderful words with us and cheers to your continued success.

What has propelled the advancement of real estate’s marketing technology? The answer lies in the home buyer and the new, dynamic landscape of how we communicate. The digital world has grown into a resource that offers information for a community that is busier, inquisitive and discerning. ArchwayOnline digital photography is one of the most significant factors in real estate marketing and advertising today. Professionally produced photos will hold the attention of buyers, while poor photos drive viewers away. Our experienced photographers are prepared for compositional challenges such as lighting, small rooms, furniture angles and reflections. Great real estate photos attract more viewers and more business for our listings. Your home will be remembered long after others have been forgotten.

We have compiled this article to showcase examples of homes our photographers have captured. Perfected by the talents of our graphic designers, these homes display a synergistic approach to preparing images our clients will love.
