And Another One Bites The Dust

Kathleen O’Shea does it once again as she sweeps her competition at the Colorado Master’s and Mid America Regional Indoor Championship. This past weekend O’Shea raced in three different events which included the 60m Dash, 200m Dash, and 400m Dash, taking the Gold in all three! The event took place at the United States Air Force Academy which is an indoor track, Kathleen’s first indoor meet ever!

Not only was Kathleen collecting Gold medals last weekend, but she was also being recognized as a Top 10 Individual REALTOR® at her brokerage’s Annual Awards. O’Shea relentlessly puts in hard work towards what she is passionate about and it shows. The Almost Patsy Cline Band and Coldwell Bankers very own Lanette Pannell, has proven that they are no opening act but in fact the main attraction at any gig they are attending. 

The Almost Patsy Cline Band is strongly influenced by the great singers and musicians of the past, while blending yesterday’s music onto today’s stage. The nostalgic music touches the heart, stirs the memory of the old, and educates the young, all while creating the best musical experience possible.

All of their performances are customize for age group and include: music for dancing or a choice of *Timeless Tunes – the Stories and the Songs, of country music’s roots to the sounds of legends like, Bob Wills, Buck Owens, Johnny Cash, with Patsy Cline songs and how they mirrored her life. Also paying a tribute to America and the longest married couples attending the show. All of the shows are brought to life through high quality country and variety dance music, three interactive theater shows, or school programs!

The Almost Patsy Cline Band has been listed on the Texas Commission on the Arts Touring Roster for the past eight years. In the even numbered years the band has to re-apply for their slot on the Roster. The Roster is a part of the State’s grant system that grants money to qualifying non-profits for presenting the arts to their rural communities.

The Almost Patsy Cline Band consists of, Lanette Pennell on bass guitar and vocals, Vicki Gillespie on keyboard and vocals, Rick Reynolds on drums and vocals, Larry Lucas on guitar and vocals, Bill Pan on steel guitar and vocals, John Pennell and Peter Kristensen as crew and sound.

Sandra De La Garza Earns Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist Designation and Million Dollar Guild

 

 

San Antonio, TX, January 2017 — Sandra De La Garza, REALTOR®, CLHMS, SDA, Luxury Buyer, of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® has earned the Coldwell Banker Global LuxurySM Property Specialist designation and Million Dollar Guild, according to Leesa Harper Rispoli, President of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®. To date, only ten percent of the more than 88,000 sales associates affiliated with the Coldwell Banker® brand have been awarded this designation. “In addition to performance-based criteria on successfully selling luxury properties, De La Garza had to complete a prescribed certification course to earn the Luxury Property Specialist designation,” said Leesa Harper Rispoli.

 

Launched in early 2017, the Coldwell Banker Global LuxurySM program legacy traces its roots to Coldwell Banker Previews International® and the Previews® program, a leader in luxury real estate since 1933. The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury certification course creates a standardized education model to help the newest generation of luxury agents meet and exceed the expectations of high-net-worth clients. In order to participate in the course, participating agents must meet strict production guidelines — “Some of the most rigorous standards in the industry today.” says Craig Hogan, Vice President of Luxury at Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC.
