Agent Testimonial Spotlight

Lisa Martinez RealtorMay 2016 — This month we wanted to highlight all of our wonderful Sales Agents that work so diligently with clients. We are offering client feedback in their own words to showcase the hard work our Sales Agents put forth everyday. It’s not just 8am-5pm, the commitment they have is reflected in working weekends, juggling family with work, early mornings, late nights and all hours of thinking how to bring folks into a place they can call home. Every week we receive wonderful feedback about just how pleased our clients are with the experience of buying their home. Kellie Daniels, North West Sales Office — Kellie comes from a military family. Born in Hawaii, she spent her childhood in Europe and the Midwest. Her family settled in San Antonio in 1974 and she has called San Antonio home ever since. In 1980, she married a San Antonio native and they are raising a teenage daughter. She has served the community and volunteered her time as a Girl Scouts Leader, taught children’s church, served on her church’s bereavement committee and school hospitality committee.

A Conversation with The Frye Team

JFrye_613125Our next testimonial for the series is with Donna and Jeff Frye, from CBHarper’s North Central/Stone Oak Office. Donna started her Real Estate business about 9 years ago, while Jeff joined a little over 2 years ago. Donna said when she was looking around trying to decide which Brokerage to join, she didn’t think CBHarper was going to be a good fit.

“After 3 (Brokerage) interviews, I came here to CBHarper and met with a professional development manager and the sales manager,” she said. “When I was walking in the parking lot, I saw lots of Lexus’ and Mercedes and I thought this is not for me. I drove a nice pickup truck. But the moment I met (with the managers), it felt like home. I walked out and told my husband I found my place.”

For their 2014, they are implementing a continuous marketing plan. “Since I’ve been in the business for 9 years, I have a lot of past clients and I think the key is keeping in contact with them,” she said. “The marketing department helps with that! Whenever (my past clients) have friends or family thinking about moving, they call me first.” Jeff added, “our other focus is our newsletter. We send it out to a neighborhood quarterly. In it, we educate them on the process of buying and selling home.”

A Conversation with Craig and Libby Ross

Marketing and the Value Added Services CBHarper Provides to their Sales Associates.

CRoss_361199Our next testimonial for the series is with Craig and Libby Ross. Libby joined CBHarper first about 5 years ago after being a buyers agent, and Craig joined about 2 and a half year ago after spending 20+ years in the mortgage industry.

When asked why they chose CBHarper, Libby said she kept questioning why she was always losing listings to seasoned CBHarper Agents, so she had to see what CBHarper offered. Craig said he was watching Libby and the kind of success she had and knew by joining it was going to be the ultimate dove tail by taking his experience and her knowledge and professionalism and building upon what CBHarper already had available for their Sales Associates.

A Conversation with Scott Brooke

SBrooke_620690We are excited to share with you the first video of our new testimonial series. Allen Pozzi’s first interview is with Scott Brooke from the New Braunfels office. At the moment, Scott is in the middle of his 2nd year with Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® after serving with the United States Air Force for 30 years. He said going through our three week training program and mentor classes made a world of difference in getting his business up and running very quickly.
