Debbie McNeal, Working Hard To Get You Home

Debbie McNeal has lived in San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country for over 50 years. She has spent over 30 years in management in the Finance & Credit Services Industry, which included mortgage loans, credit services, loan collections, and foreclosures. This experience and knowledge has helped assist clients with mortgage concerns and understanding the entire lending process. After years in the finance industry, Debbie moved on to sales and marketing in the Disaster Restoration business. Information gained during her time there cultivated skills in marketing properties so they will sell faster and bring the best possible price in the market.

Debbie loves being in real estate and helping people realize their dreams. Recently a letter was sent directly to D’Ann Harper, CEO, Broker / Owner, from a client who shared their experience:

Additionally, she is the organizer of donation drives that include “Cover Their Tush & Toes” Sock & Underwear Drive, “Easter Bunny Basket Brigade” to collect items for & assemble Easter Baskets for local children, an Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drive, and providing support to the Christian Women’s Job Corp by teaching or providing means during their training sessions.

Dianna Rhodes Appointed Senior Vice President of Residential Sales

09/25/2017 – Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® (CBHarper) announced that Dianna Rhodes has been appointed Senior Vice President of Residential Sales.  Dianna brings a wealth of residential real estate sales, management, and coaching experience.  She first began her

extensive professional career as a Contract Negotiator in Facilities and Records Management with Shell Oil.  She transitioned to the real estate industry with Coldwell Banker Pennington-Chen in 1996 and quickly became one of the company’s top producers by her second year.  That success led to a broader role where she mentored new Sales Agents through a custom, six-week training course she designed.  Ultimately, she was promoted to Sales Manager of her office, routinely achieving the Premier Office designation with Coldwell Banker.
Dianna also served as Sales Manager for Perry Homes in the Houston market, closing over $22M in a three-year period while receiving numerous awards.  Most recently, Dianna directed the education and training divisions of Stewart Title in San Antonio and routinely coached Sales

Agents on growing their business.  She earned a BS in Finance from the University of Houston at Clear Lake and boasts over 21 years of residential real estate experience.

She has served as the 2015 Chairman of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® and currently serves as the Region 13 Regional Vice President at the Texas Association. In addition, Mary Ann serves on the Executive Board at the State Association. She is a TREPAC (Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee) Trustee at the State Level currently serving on the Professional Standards Committee at the State Level and National Association of REALTORS® as well as other committees at the State and National level. Cindy Pundt, Your Hometown REALTOR®

Without the professional guidance and experience of a licensed REALTOR®, buying and selling a home many times means tangling with unnecessary complications and roadblocks.The term ‘REALTOR®’ is a registered, collective membership mark, with identifies real estate professionals who are members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and adhere to its strict Code of Ethics. The NAR outlines the many benefits of working with a professional REALTOR® to handle all of your real estate needs.

Among our team of over 425 licensed REALTORS® is a lady by the name of Cindy Pundt. Born and raised in the Texas Hill Country, Cindy has lived in Texas her whole life. Her interest in real estate blossomed when she purchased her first home. Over the years she has honed her skills and expanded knowledge of the Texas real estate industry.

Recently, Cindy received a glowing recommendation from a client:

“During a period of less than one year, Cindy Pundt listed my two homes at { removed for privacy } in Converse, TX.  My wife and I were pleased that both were sold in less than 2 weeks – one in 2016 and the other in 2017.  Cindy Pundt was more than instrumental in getting each home ready to be put on the market and kept the exterior in compliance with HOA rules.  I believe that her efforts were well beyond any assistance that I received in buying and selling several homes during the last 40 years.  I want to recognize her excellent customer service and superb interpersonal skills.

The first home was sold during my retirement from the U.S. military.  It had been rented for two years and need exterior and interior repairs and general maintenance.  What made her efforts more extraordinary is that she coordinated services with me while I resettled in Montana.

We waited to sell the second home after another renter left.  Unfortunately, that renter left the home in terrible shape and we were not aware of the extent of other issues as we were in Montana.  All the carpet needed to be removed and it had been replaced only 2 years before.  A more serious concern was that the renter had not disclosed the extent of water damage from leaking PEX water lines.  Ms. Pundt recommended that the developer be contacted since she knew that other homeowners’ in the area had their water lines completely replaced by the developer.  I contacted DR Horton and they agreed to replace the water lines and provide a warranty.  The Ms. Pundt obtained three quotes each for completely repainting the interior and another for the carpet.  At the same time, the roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage during April 2016.

Ms. Pundt was wonderful throughout both prelisting and listing efforts on each home.  We thank her for all her assistance and reassurance about being able to sell the two properties.  We would highly recommend her to other clients.”
