National Wear Red Day® 2018

Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® is proud to support this important cause that encourages awareness of women and heart disease.

This National Wear Red Day®, Feb. 2, 2018, will mark 16 years since the initial National Wear Red Day®, which was first observed to bring national attention to the fact that heart disease is the #1 killer of women, and to raise awareness of women’s heart health. Looking back on all that has been accomplished, the American Heart Association® has made great strides including:

  • Nearly 90% of women have made at least one healthy behavior change.
  • More than one-third of women have lost weight.
  • More than 50% of women have increased their exercise.
  • 6 out of 10 women have changed their diets.
  • More than 40% of women have checked their cholesterol levels.
  • One third of women have talked with their doctors about developing heart health plans.
  • Today, nearly 300 fewer women die from heart disease and stroke each day.
  • Death in women have decreased by more than 30% over the past 10 years.

Sandra De La Garza Earns Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist Designation and Million Dollar Guild

 

 

San Antonio, TX, January 2017 — Sandra De La Garza, REALTOR®, CLHMS, SDA, Luxury Buyer, of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® has earned the Coldwell Banker Global LuxurySM Property Specialist designation and Million Dollar Guild, according to Leesa Harper Rispoli, President of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®. To date, only ten percent of the more than 88,000 sales associates affiliated with the Coldwell Banker® brand have been awarded this designation. “In addition to performance-based criteria on successfully selling luxury properties, De La Garza had to complete a prescribed certification course to earn the Luxury Property Specialist designation,” said Leesa Harper Rispoli.

 

Launched in early 2017, the Coldwell Banker Global LuxurySM program legacy traces its roots to Coldwell Banker Previews International® and the Previews® program, a leader in luxury real estate since 1933. The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury certification course creates a standardized education model to help the newest generation of luxury agents meet and exceed the expectations of high-net-worth clients. In order to participate in the course, participating agents must meet strict production guidelines — “Some of the most rigorous standards in the industry today.” says Craig Hogan, Vice President of Luxury at Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC. Certification renewal is also required every 24 months, to ensure Luxury Property Specialists are up to date on new technologies, programs, and best practices.

 

De La Garza recently joined Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® and has been a part of the Miguel Herrera Luxury Lifestyle Team for five years. She is a Platinum Top 50 Realtor, a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist®. De La Garza has earned the Million Dollar Guild Recognition, which is presented to designees who have had closings of at least two single-family properties closing at one million or above.
