Zap Success: Janette Springer

There is a vast amount of technology platforms available to real estate agents. None of them however, operate like Zap. Here is a recent story highlighting how Zap allowed Janette Springer to achieve a level of success she never thought possible.

“I wanted to share my story about a Zap Lead. I was blessed with a very challenging opportunity, as well as a great learning experience that I could have never had otherwise. After receiving a lead for one of my listings (or so I thought) a caller turned out to have mistakenly found me on the other end of the line. As I interviewed the caller, I learned he was not interested in my listing, but proceeded to offer him other search options.

As time went on he told me about this particular listing he found and wanted to view. It had a three story viewing tower that offered a view seemingly from Helotes to La Cantera. He decided to submit an offer and ended up under contract. Then the work began with the roof replacement, issues everyone was experiencing at that time with the storms. An insurance company that was not able to work with the buyer was another hurdle along with a seller leaving the country. In addition, the roofer could not get that work done before close and the seller’s agent was in the middle. Despite all of this, we did get it all done. I am happy to report my client loves his new home and is currently installing a pool.

I was blessed with my first Luxury Series property for my designation that I am working towards. It took a team of players to get me through this – Amy Thibodeaux, Debbie McNeal and Judith Sinklier at First American Title, I could have never done it without them. I am very grateful that we have this lead source, as well as wonderful support in-house to ask for guidance. I can’t wait to get my second Luxury Series client for my designation!”
