She graduated in 1988 from the Universidad Regiomontana, A.C. with a degree in Business and Finance. Her commitment to clients and their needs is the foundation on which Lety has built her business.

Expanding to her extensive knowledge base Lety achieved both the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations. In total this translates to 3 days of classroom time. 

 

The National Association of REALTORS® awards the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification to REALTORS® who help military personnel, veterans and their families find housing that lets them make the best use of their benefits and serves the unique needs of military life. When military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables can make the transfer easier, faster and less stressful. Realtors® who earn this certification know to work with active duty military buyers and sellers, as well as veterans.

 

The National Association of REALTORS® awards the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification to REALTORS® who have completed this 2-day in classroom course. The course is an interactive experience to help negotiators elevate their game and counts as an elective course towards the ABR® designation, and counts towards the RENE Certification and SRS Designation. This course examines all types of negotiation formats and methods so that today’s negotiators can play the game to win. A full spectrum of tips, tools, techniques and advantages will be provided so that negotiators can provide effective results for their clients.
